@travelem: may I ask how do you get to Oslob from Moalboal? I'd like to do the same in this coming June. However, one of the operations in Moalboal gave me a very unreasonable quote for doing scuba dive with Whaleshark in Oslob (for a group of 7 people, PHP6000 per person, excluding the conservation fee of PHP1500 per dive). I'd like to know if this is a normal price?

I went with the whaleshark tour with The Blue Orchid Resort.
They offer the lowest price but I forgot the exact price they charged.

The Blue Orchid resort ? dive and beach resort in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines
