Hmmm. Have to see about getting another 95 and some 8" bands between now and then. I pulled the 100s apart last year. Just have 72's right now. Let me see what I can put together.

Terry

I doubt I'll make this event. If I can get someone to haul my 95's down for you (let me know the mix you want) would be up for the loan?
Robb

PS: You would have a cave fill on those as well (3500 PSI or 252 ft³)

Rightous Rob. I will take ya up on that offer. The Yukon is only about 105 to the sand so 32% is fine. I will sling an 80 for the last bit plus reserve and hang a 40 of 02 for the last bit of deco. Shoot me a pm and let me know if you find a mule.

Rick is doing his best to talk me in to making this dive and I may just try to make it. If you are still in need of some double, let me know and I may be able to dig up a pair for you if I end up joining this outing. If I can't make it, you are welcome to mine though.

Not that this matters (cuz you're going) ... but if you can't make it then Josh should get your doubles. I'm sure Tyler's got plenty of extra tanks for Terry to pick through ;)

J/K I can schlep them down in the unlikely event that you can't make it.

Last time I checked I think he has 85's, 95's 108's and 130s. :rofl3:

4,000,000PSI is not a cave fill! It's certain, immediate, noisy death. It's a rocket pack. It's a grease spot where a person used to be!

It never occurred to me to ask this question sooner. But now that I have followed the thread and realize that I will be making the Yukon and Tower dives with folks who are more tech-oriented than I am, let me just give it a try and see.

I will be in town on business from the East Coast (without automobile), so will bring my equipment, but obviously no tanks. Dive Connections says they only rent AL 80's (nitrox). Is there any chance of borrowing or renting one or two larger tanks from someone else, at least for the Yukon dives in the morning? On NC wreck dives I have had success (i.e. reasonable bottom time) with AL 100's, but am open to other opportunities.

I just don't want to be sitting on the boat while everybody else is still enjoying the dive!

Thanks for any input.

Barry
