I have 2 MK25 first stages that have about 1/32 to 1/16th side to side movement on the turret. Is this something to be worried about?

Chances are that if they both have it that it is not a flaw. I would find another and see if it does it aswell. Just keep in mind that if a swivel turret was so tight that it didn't wobble, you would have a hard time turning it.

I have a MK25 also. If yours is acting like mine, you will find that the "play" in the swivel turret tightens up when the regulator is pressurized. It freewheels loosely when there's no pressure in it, but the action firms up when you turn the tank on, just like the high pressure hose to your SPG.
