Hi all,

The Freediving mode is missing in my Suunto Zoop Novo. I've compared the software number with another Suunto Zoop Novo which has the Freediving mode and it's actually a higher number. Only difference is myne was bought in Mexico and the other in Spain.

Any of you had similar experience?
I'm not getting much help from Suunto support. Any suggestion on the best way to go about it?

The gauge mode in the computer is really not practical for my Freediving

Thank you all

According to the manual, Para 3.12 'Free' is one of the 5 modes.

If the unit is under two years old you may have a warranty claim, provided you registered it straight after purchase.

Thanks @Edward3c - unfortunately it was bought more than 2 years ago so no warranty claim for me.
I've reached out to Suunto and they told me to send it for repair but it's probably going to cost me more than the current value of the computer and take one or two months to come back.
They told me that there is no firmware/software update I can do on my own to try to fix this but is it really true I wonder...

Has anyone of you ever updated the software with the standard usb cable?

With Suunto the upgrade software isn’t going to be in the public domain.
