Anything can happen during a dive. When sh... occurs, I think it is unfair to start by questioning the buddy behavior or the Guide/ DM/ Instructor without knowing the full facts first. Especially when the divers involved are all OW certified and it is not a training dive but a fun dive.
Wow. Some of you just aren't getting it after I made a message, so I'll send it a little stronger. We are not here to discuss a member, we're here to analyze an incident, which happened to be a fatality. No warnings when I thread ban. If you don't understand why I'm deleting posts, go back and read and comprehend the special rules for A&I.
