Missing diver body recovered - Ukraine

Not much said here, but it's difficult to get news out of the Ukraine.

The deceased was 36-the summer inhabitant of Nova Kakhovka, who left home early in the week and has not returned

Apparently they were searching for the body "for a couple of days" as of March 9: В Херсонской области ищут тело пропавшего водолаза

No details other that "went out for a dive and didn't come up".

He was foreigner, whatever it means, not ukrainian not russian?

Do you have a link? One I posted has a link to a different accident where a tourist from Moldova was hit by a boat in July 2015.
