Milwaukee shore dive around south shore park

Hey all-

Just wondering if a shore dive right at South Shore park in Milwaukee(Bay View area near the South Shore Yacht Club) this time of year is any good? Id like to check it out this weekend. I have never dove in Lake Michigan, only Guam, Tinian, and Saipan, so ill probably freeze my *** off! I hear a 7mm wetsuit is good enough, but im only used to water temps in the 80's thus far.

Visiting the folks here in town till monday.

never did a shore dive that far south,north Milwaukee is a wreck you can shore dive, otherwise a dive charter MKE has several good ones,or I live about a 1/2 hour north and dive the wrecks out of Portwashington to Door County off my boat,and your welcome to join some time.
Sunday am I am hiting the lake let me know,
