It’s a tool to unscrew the battery cap on my rebreather. It uses an 18650 batter and the cap is scalloped. It just tears your finger up if your hands are wet.

Only approximately. I suppose 254mm equals 10 inches, exactly, but that is hardly proof....And a lot of things that are in metric just happen to evenly divide into inches.
