After a forgetable morning shore dive I headed over to the American
Dream II for a trip I was able to get on after a cancellation. Although
the boat is set up for many divers the openess of the interior allowed
plenty of room even at near capacity on the divers. It's a newer boat,
well kept with a courteous and professional crew and captain. We dropped
down to find beautiful blue water and 80 ft. vis with very little current on
the wreck. We had moderate current on the line but it settled down nicely
on the wreck. The second dive was a drift dive on the Oakland ledge and
conditions were good for that dive as well, two great dives. Here are the
profiles for the day.
