there were many successive bolts, used just 1 long exposure (this tower is the tallest in the town so was quite easy that any lightning will be caught by it)
here are the settings (used a side table + 2big books as a tripod):

camera: EOS 450D
f length: 39mm
Av:16
T: 8sec.
ISO:400
+fair amount of luck & pray it will turn out well
