Mom's day weekend is the only one I know I won't have the kids. I might be able to get away others though.

BTW, I haven't voted yet.
While I don't have a RV I do have a camp stove for cooking, a power invertor for anything including a microwave and a portable heater. If all else fails we could all camp in my ez-up and burn the heater all night long.

Well... I have officially reserved the cottage for Saturday 4/28/07. My girlfriend and I will be diving Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully that weekend will be the meet and greet.

Where do most of you guys stay: Hotel, Camp, RV, or other?

A few bring campters/RVs (Ted brings the "Bunkhouse" aka 5th wheel), some do local hotels, while the vast majority camp in some form, mostly in tents but I've seen folks sleep in their truck beds as well.

It looks like April 27-29 is going to be the clear winner. Unfortunately for me (but maybe fortunately for all of you ) I won't be able to make it up to Gilboa that weekend. My daughter's playing in a local college showcase soccer tournament that weekend that I'd hate to miss.

for those regulars that stay in the Bunk house and the others that I have contacted about spots in the Bunk House. This is also the part where I apologize to you and that at least you have enough time, to make other arrangements. It just wont be the same for me not starting the year off with meet N greet. I will miss the laughs and good company and meeting the new people hopefully later this year I can have a chance to meet and dive with you.
Oh yeah Ber I hand off the responsibility of keeping the list of who is bringing what. Plus anyone who lives in the Flint area and would like to come by and pick up the sign from me to take to meet n greet PM me and we can make arrangements to hand it off.
