What type of yoga do you practice?
Tonight a women's fellowship group I'm involved with overwhelmed a little studio in Eagle River (~15 mi north of Anchorage). We did an introductory session of Pilates Yoga. It's supposed to be a combination of Pilates (used by dancers to improve strength and flexibility) and the deep breathing/relaxation of Yoga. It was definitely a workout and the Thai food afterwords was great!

I remember praying after a dive once upon a time down in Bimini. A down current sucked me off a cliff. I was at 140' before I got my wits about me. Then I shot up to 90' before I stablized and got control of my bouyancy. Amen.

Before Every dive I pray for the safety of my students and/or my partners, I pray that we can see the wonderous adventurous things of our creator and for our safe return. My very logo reflects my belief on the importance of this. W.W.J.D. Where Would Jesus Dive?
