Tonight a women's fellowship group I'm involved with overwhelmed a little studio in Eagle River (~15 mi north of Anchorage). We did an introductory session of Pilates Yoga. It's supposed to be a combination of Pilates (used by dancers to improve strength and flexibility) and the deep breathing/relaxation of Yoga. It was definitely a workout and the Thai food afterwords was great!d33ps1x:What type of yoga do you practice?
