I'm on for this weekend as long as I get this allergy dealt with.

Regardless I expect to be in the park on Thursday or Friday. No I do not have a flag. I was going to buy one as I forgot to walk with one.

I should check my gear Wednesday or Thursday. I did check it before I headed for California two weeks ago. As I dove about a month ago there hopefully won't be any surprises.

I've had some very mild congestion this spring but think I'd be OK to dive. Right now my biggest problem is that I may not have a dive computer that works.

I seem to have saved 2 of 3 dive computers. Mine still goes into deco after booting but the others seem to work OK now.

Apparently not all CR2450 lithium batteries are created equal. Duracell & energizers, they don't work right. Sony, they do.

I have two Oceanic computers. One wrist and one integrated if you need one. Of course one shallow dive 35ft-40ft the limit will be air and making the safety stop. I only brought one tank of air.

I've heard that sometimes closing the cover too much, past the alignment marks, can call problems.

I did a deep high altitude reef dive, but I'm not sure how to put it in my log book. I did Carlsbad Caverns, NM. The park guide said it was actually reef from the Permian Basin.
