Just wondering what the parameters are as far as matching different 2nd stages simultaneously to the same 1st stage?

In some cases, one might use a primary 2nd stage from brand "A", while using an octo from brand "B" ( for example, I often see the Sherwood Minimus octo attached to a wide variety of non-Sherwood 1st stages.)

In other cases, I've seen both the primary 1st stage and the octo from the same manufacturer, but both 2nd stages might have significantly different 2nd stage intermediate pressures. (for example, one 2nd stage might be a Poseidon Odin, while the octo might be a Cyclon)

----in this case, how would you know which way to 'bias' the 1st stage IP?....would you tune it 'high' to keep the Cyclon 'happy', but 'overload' the Odin/ or would you tune it down to the level preferred by the Odin, and risk messing up the performance of the Cyclon, which likes a higher IP?
