Hot off the presses is a book from Ron Bloomfield of Bay County Historical Society. Best described as a pictorial overview of the shipbuilding history of Bay City with expanded captions. From Davidson and Wheeler, to DeFoe and the Gougeon Brothers it seems that everyone living on the Great Lakes has a Bay City shipwreck in their back yard. A great piece of educational light reading with LOTS of pictures.
