Huh? I've bought and used annual park passes since they became available on-line - not only effective and guaranteed but cheaper than the daily fee.

No kidding? I would imagine if you got checked they would deny knowledge of such a thing and charge you money on the spot. but then, the parks are run by the navy, not the cops, right? So maybe that's not a thing.

I used my Schwab debit card. Printed and laminated the card with picture and take it with me on the boat
