I have a Mares Isotherm Millennium 6.5mm semi-dry ( I think circa 2005 :D). In one of the sleeves and one of the legs the o-ring has fallen out. It looks to be that the stitching might have come undone as there are no rips or tears.

Is it possiable to buy o-rings for sleeves and legs, either from Mares or an OEM aftermarket dealer? Or...cannot be done and ill be stuck buying another semi-dry.

If they are available can it be taken to a regular alterations place or does it need to be done by Mares?

Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,

Sorry for the delay, I've been out of office for a while. We do not offer Orings etc. for the seals. You may be able to find a local dive shop or a wetsuit alteration company that can help you out. We do not have the capacity to perform wetsuit repairs at Mares U.S. If you ask this question in the wetsuit "general" forum on the board, you may find some helpful direction from other people who have had some wetsuit alterations made.

At the end of the day, given the age of the suit and how warm it is in general, new orings may not be needed. Simply folding under the cuffs; ankle, wrist, and neck, this suit should provide alot of warmth as is.

I hope this helps.

Best,
