I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done at this point re: ease of button depressing. Once the computer is assembled / produced it's pretty much a done deal. When and where did you purchase the computer. If it's within 2yrs and from an authorized dealer you may have a warranty claim. This would be worked out through a local or other authorized Mares dealer. I'm afraid I can't diagnose your issue over the internet, so if you fall within warranty parameters, I'd suggest sending it back to us.
