Just had a few dives and am ready to buy a regulator thinking about the mares m12 proton anyone out there using this regulator and if so what do you think
 
Hi,

I saw the prototype for it and was told that it was an easy breather - as all Mares are. It's supposed to compete with Aqua Lung's Micra. Ask the dive shop if you can try it and see how it compares with other regs.
 
The first stage will be fine. Wait till its available. It should be out in a month or two. Can't be worse than the Mares/Dacor Viper!
