A question for the Mares representatives.
I have a MARES M1-rgbm computer and also an IRIS infrared interface. All has worked flawlessly until April of this year. When I try to download the data from the dive computer via the IRIS, I get an error ... " RUN-TIME ERROR 6 - OVERFLOW " and the IRIS software locks up and shuts down.
I was running on Version 2.1.1 and have since downloaded version 2.2.2 and I get the same results.
I did a download from another M1-rgbm and everything worked fine, ( all 50 dives downloaded ). Therefore my PC, my serial cable, my IRIS, and my IRIS software are fine.
The only difference is NITROX. I started diving EAN32 Nitrox in April and I have a feeling that the IRIS software can't handle the additional NITROX information in the database.
RUN-TIME ERROR 6 "overflow" is a data base error ( I think ). I am going to borrow another computer that has never been used for a NITROX dive, download the existing dives, and then do a NITROX dive on it, and see if it downloads then.
My question is... Does Version 2.2.2 software on the IRIS allow a Nitrox dive download ?
Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
