The Sea Elite sounds like an "off brand" of BC. The jubilee has Mares new weight integration system that I have personally never been a big fan of. For the price of a Jubilee you can probably get a much better quality BC. my 2 cents.
I am a really big fan of the sea-quest BC's I've tried the balance, black diamond, and pro QD+SL and liked them all. I went with the QD+SL because I prefer a jacket style BC. My wife on the otherhand really likes the dive rite transpac II.
