Mares Abyss 22/42, Atomic Z2, Apeks XTX50, aeris 400 at400 ION

I had a post about SP mk25/g250hp and AL titan LX...got a lot of good analysis and opinions, but seemed like I should use supreme or g250V which were a bit more and I realized I should probably look at other brands before purchase and I run into these few other regs that look like a decent deal around here. Opinions will be appreciated. Things that are important to me are reliability, ease of breathing, servicability around the world and manufacturer support for their warranty/customer service (so i guess you can say everything )

models i think were a decent deal are:
Mares Abyss 22/42. 22 was $430 (this seems awefully cheap for LDS, does it?)
Atomic Z2
Apeks xtx50
Aeris AT400 Ion

all prices are in USD.

I don't plan to dive in water <50F but it's not excluded I will down the road. If I am lucky I'll go diving 10 times a year. However, I would like to get something for long term and I take good care of my stuff.

any opinions about these regs? Thank you.

I have dove the Abyss, Z2, and the Zeagle version of Apeks. I currently have 7 Atomics. They breath nicely, easy to service, have a nice small profile.

I think I am set on xtx50 or Z2...from what i know, difference is that apkes is env. sealed while Z2 isn't? Z2 has partially metal 2nd stage and should produce less of a cotton mouth effect?
anything else you can think of?
