Hard to tell if everyone is cancelling out of mass media hysteria or if it's actually warranted...seems like everything was ok a couple days ago and now it's suddenly a crisis (probably due to what our "officials" have said recently).

Hard to tell if everyone is cancelling out of mass media hysteria or if it's actually warranted...seems like everything was ok a couple days ago and now it's suddenly a crisis (probably due to what our "officials" have said recently).

It is the exponential nature of epidemics that they seem linear for a long time, and then they don't. A lot has genuinely changed over the past few days.
