Thought we were going to be blown out yesterday but Pedro and Mago picked us up at the condo about 10.30 and we left out of Caletta. First dive was Palancar Gardens followed by Punta Tuniche. Love that dive. Pedro speared two large lion fish at Palancar.

Today we did 50 minutes at Palancar Horseshoe followed by 65 minutes at Columbia Shallows. Love that one too! Saw a little bit of just about everything. Water temps have been a little on the cool side showing 77 to 79.

Only 4 of us on the boat so far. Excellent!

Dinner at La Choza the other night was fun and enjoyed meeting everyone.

Unpacked, checked in at the dive shop, Mega shopping done......under the palapa watching the world go by sipping on an ice cold Sol.....and I get to blow bubbles in the morning! Life is good!!

*sigh* Watched for you getting off the plane. Was going to ask if I cuold yell and wave from the top step. Never saw you, though.
What a great and quick trip.
At least 4 different things were each worth the trip.
The weather is beautiful. Wish I were there!

Oh! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE my surprise! It's beeeeeeeeautiful!

You got it. Really great to see what peeps and critters see as I snap away. Wish you could have been here longer. Oh well, Maybe we'll see aech other in the summer again (wishful thinkin').

I forgot to take more pictures later as more people showed up. We should have gotten a reservation... That was the 1st thing the server said to me when we got there. "Do you have a reservation"?
"No, But we're here with the Scubaboard party".
We arrived with a party of eight from the Villa. Two table shuffles and many chair moves later it all worked out.
God bless em' they fit us in and served us. Good time was had by all.

Yes it was a great time at La Choza and we enjoyed getting to meet everyone. We look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday night.

In response to an earlier post about: Making it through the airport without being harrassed by all the transportation people.

I grab my bags, shove past everybody, and head straight for the street. There I negotiate with the cab driver for a suitable price. Works everytime!!
