Does anyone have an Google Earth map of Cozumel with all the resorts marked? The public markers are all wrong.

Thanks!

the best map you can get of Cozumel with all the resorts, restaurants, etc. is here: Can-Do Travel Guides
well worth the $10.

edit: oops, looks like they are out-of-stock.

Yeah, they are out of stock:depressed:, but they are busily working on the new, updated, grander version:eyebrow: of this Cozumel staple, and they told me that it will be ready for distribution in about a month. So keep the faith, and email them with your request. They will put you on their notification list for when the new maps roll out. I can hardly wait, as I find these maps nearly indispensable.:lotsalove: My last web site for them was cancunmap.com. (I have GOT to figure out how to put links in these postings...) Woody

If you put in the whole link path the software automatically makes it a link. All I did was add "http://www." to the front of "cancunmaps.com" and it went to the link, found its title, and pasted it in as a clickable link.

I found that by typing in the resort I wanted and removing all the labels in the options box I was able to find the resort I was looking for (Casa Del Mar). I did notice, however, that the current pictures on there of Cozumel have alot of cloud cover so you may not be able to see what you want anyway. The cruise ship picture from above was kinda neat. Couldn't zoom in enough for topless deck hehe.

The satellite photo is pretty old, taken pretty soon after Wilma. If you look at the southern cruise ship docks, you can see that they are pretty much in the shape they were after the storm but before any work was done on them.

Migawd, if I had known it was THAT easy...oh well, no one ever said I was a computer guru:dork2: I will definitely employ this next time. Many thanks, my friend. Woody

Thanks. I find the existing ones on GE are not accurate. I've decided to just map them myself using pictures from other websites.

GE needs another aerial of San Miguel. The one they currently have has too many clouds along the water front.

Google Earth and Google Maps continuously fail me. GE puts Holbox Island all over the mainland area, and GM shows a bridge from San Miguel to Playa del Carmen. I don't think I'd trust either with any important missions.
