Manufacture/Investor wanted for New Product Idea

I am looking for companies and/or person’s who are interested in reviewing a new SCUBA related product idea. This product fits under the category of SCUBA accessory. It is completely different then anything on the market. I do not wish to disclose details in this open forum however I have put together an extensive disclosure document and a CD with video clips and photo’s from a 3D solid model of the product that I can send to interested persons. In particular I am looking for someone to manufacture and distribute this product or invest in the tooling and prototyping required. Only serious inquiries please.
