I can't speak for the other two as I have only dove with one. I dove with Kona Honu Divers on the 27th of March and they were a class act all the way. Great boat, great crew, and great customer service. The whole experience was awesome. They do two tank manta dives (1st is another location and second will be a night dive at the campfire. They also do a 1-tank manta dive (what I did) where, of course, you go straight to the manta dive site.
