We are supposed to go on a liveaboard this October, but it burnt up. Now we are trying figure out if the trip is still on. We have already paid money on it. The dive shop is actively trying to find stuff out.
If the LOB is Blue Voyager that caught fire and was destroyed last year, it has already been replaced by a new boat. Maldives Master. Master Liveaboards was very responsive with us, and updated us regularly via email. We are sailing on her at the end of February.

While we were in Roatan last week, the group lead told us the boat had been replaced with a brand new boat, built in 2024.

Can anyone recommend a dive resort in the Maldives. Looking to photograph macro.

Hi CoralReefBerg,

you should try Le Meridien Maldives. They have a great Macro spot directly at the House Reef. You can check the dive center website about Macro World

The rest of the House Reef is also fantastic. They also offer non limit diving. Great deals for the resort are also available. If you are with Marriott can even stay on points. My favorite dive resort in the Maldives
