Malaysian diving insurance?

Hi! I've got a question concerning diving insurance. We will be diving in Sipadan in 3 weeks (YEAH!) and our German travel insurance will not cover our time there due to the travel warnings issued by the government. Is it possible to get Malaysian insurance for our 5 day stay in Sipadan? If so, how, who, what, etc Thanks!!
