desiccant molecular sieve (13x) first, hopcalite (removes CO) 2nd and activated carbon last.
A mechanical drier (coalescer) should be used ahead of the filter to prolong the effective live of the desiccant and a priority valve should be used to always maintain pressure in the filter system for the same reason.
