This one uses a C Mag head machined to take a 5mm thick boro glass lens and with custom tailcap machined out of delrin. I used white since that's what I had, but will make black in the future. The canister is a modified OMS to accept battery pack, gland and switch.

Cree MCE, SSC P7, DX 5 LED Module (5 R2).. I can also do SST-90 or 50, but that would be a special build.

What battery pack and charger are you using? Is this based on 18650 batteries?

Yes, 7.4v 8-cell pack. 2 series and 4 parallel. I have mine built by a professional battery builder and can do them pretty affordably so if you need one let me know. They'll have a PCB.
Charger is universal smart charger from batteryspace.com for $30 or so.
