Sorry you lost your fin. I have for many years taken to mark all my fins and most of my gear with my name and cell phone number. As I work on a dive boat I find a lot of lost gear. If it's marked I (and I think most divers would) go out of my way to contact the person and return the item(s). I know his wont help right now, but might prove to be useful in the future.
