UCSD's the only 24/7 emergency chamber in San Diego that I know of. DAN may have a more updated list. Re the OP, I did some expedition work in Loreto (assuming you mean the town on the east coast of Baja) some years back and there was no chamber there at that time. Pretty sleepy place. UCSD is probably the best bet.

There is a chamber in La Paz, and that would be the logical choice for an emergency, as time in this cases can be crucial and flights are normally not a wise option.
