Looking to dive

Well after reading a few threads ago about how warm the water is, 44 degrees is warmer then when I went for my nite dive about a month ago.

So I'm trying to get a dive in on sat, 1/07/2006, ogb, back beach, that little beach next to pebbles on the right. You know nothing too steep right now in case it is kinda icy.

Plus I just had my octo and computer uupto the dive shop for its annual maintenance, and I'd like to do a check dive before I go to Playa del Carmen in Feb.

I could definitely be up for the 7th. Temperature dependant of course...if I need skis to get to the dive site it is a no-go for me.

Can't do sat the 7th, have to work. 3 of us went diving yeasterday. Near Folly cove. Temp outside, 45 temp at depth 42, 20 ft of vis, 4 foot seas. Good dive.

Cool, I'm terrible on ice skates myself, and a noreaster would be a deffinate nogo.

I just read the weather report for Saturday,10-15 kts nw winds 2-4 feet. Sonds like a good day to go for a dive.

Todays forecast is calling for seas 1 foot or less....looking very good!

What time do you want to meet?

My friend Mike will probably come down and join us too, if he isn't working.

Maybe about 8:30, 9 am or the usual what ever you guys want. I don't think that they'll be too many other divers so parking won't be too much of a hassle. I think Navy 21 may want to come along as well so that would be good.
