I don't know of anything off the top of my head for the average diver, but I think there are some caves(spring) down there w/little visibility.
There is some awesome saltwater shore/boat dives just east of there...
Post this in the FL forum for more info from people who actually live there - probably more help.

Thanks, buddy and I are diving in WPB Sat we were thining of trying some caverns but doesn't look like there any south of Orlando.

Saturday looks blown out and you need to go past Orlando to find freshwater worth diving in...
