Looking for Seattle instructor recommendations

I have three friends in Seattle looking to get certified and would like to make sure that they get a good start to being good divers, and as good of an experience as possible despite the cold waters of Seattle.

If possible, getting a smaller class is deal, or a class with just the three of them.PADI, NAUI, SSI, etc are fine.

Another vote for Kosta! They'll get trained to be divers as opposed to underwater tourists!

He will not just graduate them just because, they will get a card if they are competent.
