Looking for Roatan West End Dive operator diving 100's or 120's

....They can put you on a 100 and the dive master can use whatever she/he needs.

A local DM would use a 62cuft tank to match a standard North American non-airhog on a 100. In doing so, the DM would have plenty of air left over to share with the guest who is on nitrox fumes to satisfy remaining deco obligations.

2 hour BT's are quite possible.

They got it all figured out.

It sounds like you might be better off looking for smaller groups of more experienced divers than looking for a group of larger tank divers...

Another thought you might consider CCV. Their second boat dives are from the boat back to the resort (not the boat). If they have larger tanks you might not be restricted to remain in a group but dive on your own back in.

I have dove in Roatan many times. Typically on the led dives there's usually an option to go deeper. They don't have a whole group that does it. They do 4 dives a day. Two am and two PM. With larger tanks and more bottom time, you'd have longer dive times and longer surface intervals. I don't think it would really work. They'd have to move the dive starts to way too early, move lunch up and have things go much later in the day.

There are some smaller operators who could maybe hook you up if you have a dive buddy. I just don't see how a shop could do longer dives like you're mentioning without it being more hassle than it's worth.

Just come back from Roatan few days ago. And I AM an air hog diver.
I was looking for dive operator, which can promised big tank at least for me. And I didn't find one.

I dive a lot in Roatan. I was there not long ago. My course instructor for buoyance hooked me up as I'm a recovering air hog. She got me the big tanks. Almost immediately someone was like who is on the big boy tanks? They have them there if that's helpful and you're down there.
