over the years ive seen lots of posts like that one i am writing now in the Florida section . Some have been productive some not so much . I am hoping to get some info on areas of Up State maybe western ny (as far west as Binghamton maybe around elmira) Looking for general info schools,what the culture is like if you want to call it that, things of that nature. I am not too concerned with the diving aspect since I am fimilar with the North East and Diving, grew up diving NJ,NY and PA . Still have family in NYC and on the Jersey Shore so access to some neat stuff isnt really an Issue if we make that jump back north. Thanks in advance.
