Hi i am off to Malindi on the Mombasa coast next year, sea temp about 24c lots of dive schools around in the hotels, anyboby been there to offer any tips?

Last time in Mombasa was '79 or '80 I think... but Malindi, just up the coast was a great place to dive from. I suspect it still is. Lots of very nice hotels on the beach etc.. In Mombassa itself the Nyali Beach was really nice, and put on an incredibly delicious spread.
'Course there may have been some changes in two decades.

I know of a great operation in Mozambique. Quality for money and they realy know what they are doing. Was the best experience I ever had! I found them on www.westerncape.u-k.org Check it out. They got some great pics on there aswell.
