Ive tried both the hyperstretch 5/3 mm and the gold core 5/3 mm hooded vests, as far as comfort i really like the hyperstretch. The gold core is extremely warm, the only problem is that the suit literally sticks to you so once you get out of the water it can be uncomfortable, i use the hyperstretch more often than the gold core. As far as pinnacle i have only used their wet and dry suits, the merino lined suits are extremely warm, i bought the 5mm merino elastiprene jumpsuit and as far as warmth it ranks up there with 7MM suits, pinnacle suits are extremely well built though imo.
