TORCH is another nickname for a divelight. Especially the UK light cannon! WHEW!
It has a warning that if turned on without water cooling the lens, it may melt from the heat.

Hey, um, Dave. So funny that you made your first post here! This thread is pretty old. Somehow we just started having fun with it! First, let me say welcome to SB! You can fill out some of your profile (click on USER CP) if you like. This will help us get to know you a li'l better. And/or go to the Intro & Greets forum and post an intro there. I'm sure there are divers that'll be glad to hook up with you, while you're in the area. Florida is about the easiest place to find dive buddies. Nice thing about SB is, you can get to know them a bit and plan a dive before you actually meet! See you on the board.

Planning a drive down to Camp & Dive Ginnie Springs from Columbia, SC on 10/19 (Wed) and stay through Friday.

Anybody planning on being there- or want to tag along?
I will be going by myself (Burning some vacation days b4 I loose them)

We could hang together, buddy- get dinner - stuff like that.

Hello, I am in East Central Florida, and am usually free for Sunday day trip dives. I have yet to dive any springs but open to trying it. I typically head south for West Palm Beach reefs, wrecks, or blue heron bridge. Joy

Good Morning,

My wife and I live in Delray Beach FL, we are always looking to have people come along with us. We dive out of the West Palm Beach Rivera where are several boats we use, also Stuart and Jupiter, our home Shop is Force E Rivera and they have 2 other stores going south to towards the Keys where we also go. We have friends who do fresh water as well so give us a shout. Merry Christmas.
