I'm sure it's fine at the better AI resorts on Roatan but it was spotty in the West End.There was a internet cafe and my buddy was able to do e-mail at Sundowners bar once but voip? I doubt it.

Followup to my post here... I dove with Divers of Poseidon (Meril Esser) and it was good! If anyone is looking to get rescue diver certified in Aruba, hit up Merril directly!
