I've had two 3mm Akona wetsuits, and I've been very happy with them. They make generous sizes (mine are 3XL and 4XL) that are reasonably priced and the size charts are accurate.

Birdman: I was just at Scubatoys.com last week while on a business trip to Dallas. They have an extensive selection and a pretty good clearance section at the front with wetsuits in the $40 - $100 range. Who knows, you may find your size!

Take your time and try a bunch of them on to find the right fit.
