Looking for a place to dive mid-week

Hi Guys,
I'm going to be in Grapevine next week for a conference and was wondering if there are places to dive during the week? CSSP sounds interesting, but I guess its only open on the weekend (I'm arriving around 3pm on sunday). Ideally, I'd like to dive with an instructor or experiened local diver (or club). Any thoughts? Thank you!
