do not know about Nick`s Spinnaker , I`d try to find any manuals or drawings, to know how is made the valve, but never see it, just outer view.

But most wondering regulator Jacqueline has. It is Piel.

It has pilot valve and crazy scheme... and really tiny size, despite arrangement...

Cool small reg! Thanks for the schematics!
I just got me a Spinnaker, looking forward to dismantle, clean and adjust it.

Angelo was right, it works with only about 4bar IP.
It was breathing surprisingly easy, but after dismantling the mouth piece, suddenly it's free flowing (no idea why), so I cannot measure the cracking effort for now.
I will make photos when I have the reg dismantled, but my ones will be probably not better than these ones........

Most interesting design can’t wait to see your teardown.

Came across this on the web....

“It is a "Pneumatic Servo Assisted" type second stage. I believe it predated the "Tekna 2100" and I am sure it came before the "Oceanic Omega". One unique thing about this regulator is that the second stage is actually two independent second stages. They can be individually adjusted for inhalation resistance and the knob on the bottom allows you to choose which second stage you are using. If you position the knob in the center, both second stages are simultaneously in use”

Whow, haven't had that much fun working on a reg since my first SP Pilot twelve years ago........
What a unique 2nd stage design!
And it's working much better than I expected!]

Quite interesting, you have inspired me to open a GSD Pioneer set I picked up last year. Photo taken from the lola.cz site you shared above, thanks!
