Lola manifold o-rings

Anyone know what spec o-rings to use for the lola soft manifolds?

I noticed golem gear sells service kits for the manifolds, though I am reticent to buy them as I'm not sure how much I need to service the manifold.

Thanks! I did see that diagram on their website. I wasn't sure at first what the measurements indicated, but I think I understand now.
