Despite the obvious initial appeal of the clip...it seems irresponsible and potentially dangerous for the cat. I can't imagine how the cat would equalize even at the bottom of that pool. Just a bad idea.

they tear through you to get out of it

my guess is that the cat "knows" to swallow to avoid the pain. maybe that's part of the process they had to go through.

It appears to me his ears are included in the helment. What would he need to equalize?
