Hard to say if any dive shops would have it, it's from 1993 and it's in VHS format. Did you try half.com?

But here's a tip, put it on your "wish list" in half.com and ebay.com and it will eventually pop up as available. I've had to wait as long as two years for an incredibly rare old book about toy spaniels, got the e-mail notification and BAM! that baby was mine!
