Place lobster in a wet paper bag, place in microwave 2 to 3 minutes later steamed lobster. Dipped in butter is best....

Fresh, cooked and lots of butter.

Lobster Fried Rice-

Get some sort of friend rice mix- follow directions, and mince up lobster tail meat, some scallions, maybe fry up an egg, a little garlic, pour some soy sauce in. Let it simmer all together for a few minutes, and then it's ready to eat.

GREAT stuff!

I like the boil and eat, too, but I like to try some new things time to time.

Anybody ever made coconut lobster (like coconut fried shrimp, just substituting the meat)? Or lobster cakes?

Lobster Sushi Rolls- like California Rolls, w/ lobster instead of crab

Get some nori, some short grain rice. Put the rice in a cooker- 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water, and heat till cooked.
Mix up an 1/8 cup of rice vinegar, 1TB of sugar, and a pinch of salt and cook till the sugar burns up. Pour this liquid into the cooking rice and stir around.

Then put the nori sheet out when the rice is done, coat it with rice, then lay strips of avocado and boiled lobster into it, roll up tightly, and slice up.

Lobster Cakes

I tried making these last night but the batter just wouldn't stick to lobster meat. I had to squeeze it together like a dough ball. however, they still tasted pretty good. If I make this again, I'm going to chop up the meat very finely and try it again.
