living barnicle in the foot

how can these barnicles be removed from under the foot.
1 barnicle attached to the bottom ligament under i foot and
another barnicle just multilpied, and now theres 2 side by side also attached to the ligamnet under the other foot, painfull to walk bear footed, special orthordics had to be made with pockets for the barnicles to sit in.

who, what , and where do we go for help......for removal.
local podi. doctor have never seen or experienced anything like this and is afraid to operate.
any real info and help out there????

Well, I'm no marine biologist or doctor of medicine, but from what I remember of my rudimentary biology and physiology, I would hazard a guess that it is physically impossible for a barnacle to live inside the human body.
